Esme Ruffle Tunic Maxi Dress is a two-in-one piece. Wear her buttoned up as a dress, or open all the way down as a long, floaty jacket. Our thistle print covers her in bright pink and aqua flowers with green leaves on a soft white background.
A ruffled stand collar frames your face, and a ruffle trim runs the full length of the button front. The shoulders are gathered to give the long sleeves a soft puff, and they finish in shirred cuffs with a ruffle edge. At the hem, a gathered flounce makes her swish with every step. She's made from lightweight viscose, so she stays cool and moves easily on warm days.
Wear her closed with sandals or heels for a dress look. Or wear her open over a blouse with shorts, jeans or trousers for holidays and summer in the city.
The Thistle Print
Look closely & you'll see hundreds of tiny dots, dashes & speckles in every flower. Together they make the soft, fluffy thistle heads & their spiky little crowns. The thistle is a wild flower. It grows in rough places, is prickly on the outside & still blooms in the brightest colours. We love that about it. It reminds us to stay a little bit wild, protect our soft side & bloom boldly wherever we are. Every dot is a small detail that adds up to something beautiful, just like the little moments that make a happy day!
